La Junta Senior Golf League Results July 15, 2025
The La Junta Senior Golf participants could use only three clubs for their tournament on Tuesday. There were 43 golfers comprising nine teams. Each golfer chose 3 clubs to play with including to use with the two challenge chips and challenge putt. No one was able to make either of the challenge chips on holes #2 and #8. Jay Bollacker and Bob Malden made the challenge putt on hole #6. We also had a chance for the straightest drive on hole #1, which was won by Joy Grasmick, thus her entire team gets rewarded.

On July 22, the seniors will play a regular scramble game with putts to lower the team score. Registration will be open from 8:00 to 8:30 a.m. with teams being picked at 8:45 a.m. No players can be added after this time. Play is scheduled to begin at approximately 9:00 a.m. Please call 719-469-0691 if you anticipate being late for registration but will be able to tee off on time. Hope to see you there.
