Child Found on US Highway 50 in Swink Safely Reunited With Parents After Emergency Response
The Otero County Sheriff's Office, and the La Junta Fire Department responded to a call reporting a young child was in the Eastbound Lane of US Hwy 50 in Swink on Sunday, April 12th during the 4PM hour.
Initially, the child's parents could not be located.
Officers on Scene Reported that the child was safely returned to their parents at 4:40 PM and, "everything was okay," with no injuries reported.
